AI phone ordering for restaurants

Nacho answers your restaurant's phone and takes the order: every item and choice, priced from your own menu, and read back with the total before the call ends. The order then shows up on your Orders screen for the kitchen.

How a phone order works

  1. Step 1

    A customer calls

Nacho answers, even in the middle of the dinner rush.

  2. Step 2

They order the way people talk

Nacho matches the nicknames your regulars use to the right item, and asks about any choice that changes the price, like a size or a side.

  3. Step 3

    Add-ons, then a read-back

Nacho offers the add-ons you picked, like fries or a drink, then reads the whole order back with the total before the call ends.

  4. Step 4

The order shows up for the kitchen

When the call ends, the order appears on your Orders screen with every item, choice and price.

Questions owners ask about phone ordering

Can AI take phone orders correctly?

Nacho works from your menu, not from guesses. Every price comes from your own menu, Nacho asks the caller whenever a choice changes the price, and every order is read back with the total before the call ends, so the caller can fix anything on the spot.

Does Nacho work with Square?

Yes. Nacho can import your items and prices from Square and keep them up to date, so callers always hear your current menu and prices.

What if a caller wants to talk to a person?

Nacho can transfer the call to a number you choose, like the kitchen line or a manager's cell.

Can Nacho take orders when we're closed?

Only if you want it to. By default, Nacho tells callers you're closed and when you open next. You can turn on after-hours orders in your settings.

Does Nacho speak Spanish?

Yes. Nacho answers callers in English, Spanish and French. Spanish and French are included with the Flagship plan and available as an add-on on every other plan.

What does Nacho cost?

Plans start at $220 a month, which covers about 160 calls. There's no contract, and every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
